I made this for a company party. It was a white cake with a rum raspberry filling, and vanilla rum buttercream. this was fun to do.

Raspberry Chocolate Cake

This is a simple cake compared to my others. Chocolate cake, Chocolate chips, Chocolate buttercream, and a thin layer of raspberry preserves. This cake was 5 layers of each. Very yummy! Can have alcohol infused for adults as well. My daughter strives to be in my pictures. =)

Harry Potter inspired, Butter Beer Cupcakes!

Simply amazing, these are butterscotch flavored, cake, and buttercream. Mmmmm!

Key Lime Cheesecake Cupcakes

These are my Key Lime Cheesecake Cupcakes. a graham flavored cupcake, with a vanilla key lime custard filling, a key lime buttercream, and a candied key lime slice on top.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese, and Chocolate Coconut Cupcakes

These are pumpkin cream cheese cupcakes, and chocolate coconut.The pumpkin cream cheese, are pumpkin cake, and a pumpkin cream cheese buttercream, sprinkled with spices on top. The chocolate coconut, were inspired by the candy bar Mounds, white cake with a light amount of minced coconut in the batter, chocolate covered coconut in the center, and a coconut buttercream with dark chocolate on top.

Smores Cupcakes

These are smores cupcakes. The cake has a graham cracker taste, there is a little gram battered smore hidden inside, marshmellow flavor buttercream, and a smore on top for decor. Super yummy!

Raspberry Lemonade Cupcakes

Went on a limb and made raspberry lemonade cupcakes, with candied zest to accent them. They tasted amazing! I made small simple bite sized ones, and on the normal sized cupcakes, I added a candied raspberry to the top of it for that extra kick of color.

Orange Spice Cupcakes

I made Orange Spice Cupcakes, with candied zest. I used fresh oranges off the tree, and grinded my own spices. They were quite eye catching!

Penguin and Locket Cake

I received an order for a Birthday cake, that had to include 2 girl penguins, heart lockets, and hot pink, as the
birthday girl's favorite things. I made one penguin holding the heart locket, with a hot pink bow on her head, and the other penguin was popping out of the water with a heart key in her mouth, also with a pink bow. Dressed with hot pink royal icing, strawberries and jam filling, and white cake, topped with vanilla buttercream and fondant decor.
