Coconut Cream Cake

This was pure coconut decadence at it's best. Coconut cake, made with organic coconut oil, sweetened coconut, coconut syrup, and coconut buttercream. It was decorated with a tractor, and a few chickens on top as requested. This cake smelled amazing!

Pumpkin Cream Cheese, and Chocolate Coconut Cupcakes

These are pumpkin cream cheese cupcakes, and chocolate coconut.The pumpkin cream cheese, are pumpkin cake, and a pumpkin cream cheese buttercream, sprinkled with spices on top. The chocolate coconut, were inspired by the candy bar Mounds, white cake with a light amount of minced coconut in the batter, chocolate covered coconut in the center, and a coconut buttercream with dark chocolate on top.
